About the event
By attending you help to demonstrate to MARAD there is interest in the ship which aids in ensuring her future. There is no charge to visit Savannah. The liberty ship John W. Brown, also berthed at pier 13, will also be for tours as well. The reactor containment vessel will be on the self guided tour route. If you wish to tour the engine and control rooms you must sign up for a docent guided tour. It is suggested you visit Savannah first to get ER/CR tour ticket as these tend to "sell" out quickly.
.When parking on the pier, do not block the tug boat spaces
.Savannah is NOT ADA compliant with limited accommodations for the handicapped
.Dress comfortably, no open toed shoes please!
