Help Us Save the NS Savannah
The N.S. Savannah Association is a 501(C)(3) Nonprofit organization operated completely by unpaid lovers of the ship. If you can volunteer your time to help with fundraising, social media, outreach or other areas that might benefit the ship, please contact us.
And of course saving the NS Savannah will require money. Your contributions will be gratefully accepted and will be applied 100% to acquiring and preserving the ship.
A donation of $25 or more includes membership in the NS Savannah Association.
Phase 2
Phase 2 of our fundraising efforts will support the first year of display and preservation of the ship. The costs here include dockage, utilities, insurance, maintenance and security.

Phase 1
Phase 1 of our fundraising efforts support the creation of an organizational and legal structure to accept and manage the ship, preparation and submission of the formal proposal to MARAD, and long-term fundraising to ensure the NS Savannah has a sustainable economic future.
Phase 3
Phase 3 of our fundraising efforts will support ongoing display and preservation, movement of the ship to her permanent home, and the establishment of an endowment to ensure the future of the ship.
